Tell us about Rochester Home Network. What products/services do you offer? When were you first established? Where are you located?
Rochester Home Network is a service provider that offers homeowners piece of mind when looking for qualified contractors and home repair professionals. We were established in June of 2008 and are located in West Henrietta, NY.
We have established a network of industry professionals who are "pre-qualified" and screened. Rochester Home Network matches homeowners with qualified professionals who will meet their home improvement needs. We take pride in our screening and matching process and are available to you throughout your project to make sure you are completely satisfied. Best of all, our services are FREE to the homeowner.
What is your role in the company? What is a typical day like for you?
My role in the organization, as the owner, is to ensure that I am matching my homeowners with the appropriate contractors for their requirements. I follow up with the homeowner to determine if the contractor called and scheduled an appointment within a 48 hour period, as well as finding out if they arrived at the scheduled appointment time and presented themselves in a professional manner. Follow up is also completed with the contractor to ensure that the types of services homeowners require are the types of leads they are interested in.
What is the best part of your job?
Being able to make the connection between the homeowner and the contractor and knowing that there is a good fit. I love being able to provide individuals with resources they need.
What is one thing that people don't know about you that you'd like them to know?
I'm deathly afraid of horses and cows! They are so big!
Tell us about one of the goals you have set for yourself or Rochester Home Network for the year 2009.
The biggest goal I have is to get the word out to Rochesterians that this service exists and they have a business partner they can trust in finding the right contractor for them.
